What currency are the prices on your storefront reflected in?
All prices are reflected in our preferred payment currency, which is USD. You may display prices and pay for products in the following currencies: Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Euro, USD, and British Pound, by selecting our currency converter on the top right of the page under the cogwheel icon.
All payments processed in foreign currencies aside from USD will be converted at the foreign exchange rate for the currency at the market rate on the day the order is processed.
I ordered my product and the tracking information for my shipment is unavailable
Please allow a few days after your order is processed and you receive your tracking number for the status of your shipment to become updated. You can rest assured that your order is being worked on and our warehouse will update the status of your order once shipped.
