What locations do you ship to?

We are currently offering free shipping on every order to the following locations: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and Spain. Certain items are not available to be shipped to Australia and the product page will indicate this. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working with our suppliers to ensure that we can make these items available to our Australian residents.  

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through our domestic and international warehouses depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling and processing your order, but we will do our best to process your order next business day. Throughout the ordering process, we will send you an order confirmation email along with a 1-2 emails to update you on the shipping status of your order.

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive your items much faster. For multi-product orders, you may receive your items separately and certain items faster than others. This is because certain products are stocked and shipped from our many different domestic and international warehouses depending on the proximity to your location - do not worry if you do not receive all your items at once and rest assured that your items are on the way!

Please allow extra time during busy seasons as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters, and the current evolving situation around the COVID-19 pandemic may also cause further postal delays. Tracking information is provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost or damaged in the mail?

If your order happens to get held at customs, lost/damaged in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we will work with you to resolve the matter. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. Are there any hidden fees, customs fees, or import taxes?

All prices on our store are displayed in USD and USD is our preferred payment currency. All taxes for purchases are covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
